Tuna Wrap by JZ FITNESS

Sometimes we simply need to make it on the fly before we fly.  How do you keep it healthy?  Easy.  Assuming you have my book, Breaking the Chains of Obesity, 107 Tools at your fingertips, you should understand what to eat and what not to eat and then piece it all together.  Because tuna is a healthy fat and a protein, let’s make a tuna dish.


What you need:

  1. 2 cans of wild caught tuna in water
  2. 1 avocado
  3. 1/4 cup diced onions
  4. 1/4 cup diced Bubbies pickles
  5. Romaine lettuce leaves

What to do:

Simply put all the ingredients into a bowl, minus the Romaine lettuce and mix it together for a real funky (in a good way) taste.  Once it’s mixed-Boom, put it on 2 leaves and bombs away!

This will serve 4.  Here’s a quick lesson:

Protein: tuna

Fat: tuna and avocado

Carb: pickles onion, lettuce

Complete meal whether it be lunch, dinner, or a snack – whatever meal you’d like. Enjoy!
