Kentucky Fried Chicken-Fast Food Friday

“Oh my goodness!” I am thinking!  The name of this place even has the word fried in it, and I, as a fitness expert have the audacity to promote it?!?  Well, I am going through the chains each Friday and offering up some options to help support the notion of Fast Food Fridays.  And, not to mention,  I recently met an owner of KFC franchises and he stated that only 15% of his sales come from the healthier options.  What?  Is anyone surprised?  I kinda am because I always wonder, are people just looking to eat the fried crap or do they not have the educated mind to choose the healthier options?  KFC was closed when I shot my video, but one of these days, I will interview patrons to find out.  If they order fried food, I will simply slip them my postcard with the title, Breaking the Chains of Obesity, 107 Tools…Not to be obnoxious or anything!

So, what can you choose if KFC is your place?  By the way, these chickens are not free range so don’t expect the best quality meat, ok?  The reason why it’s so low cost is because they anialate the caged chickens, put ’em on the roaster and serve it to you.  Yup!  The cruelty may be horrible, but again, if fast food is your only way of life, then I shall support your journey for where you’re at today.  Hopefully, you will eventually walk into my world, but until then, I shall provide you with the tools you need:

Kentucky Grilled Chicken on a Side Cesar Salad with dressing on the side.  2 tbsp of dressing only!

Grilled Chicken Breast with a side of Green Beans

And, that’s it ladies and gentlemen!  Anything else from that menu will have you reading my book, Breaking the Chains of Obesity, 107 Tools, fifty one times over!  So, is it really worth it?  I say NAH!
