Fish Grill-Fast Food Friday

For all of you who know the Fish Grill, you will be happy to see that I am featuring it for Fast Food Friday.  This Kosher dining experience is not only good food, but there are plenty of healthy options to choose from.  As always, there are also unhealthy options to choose from, too.  As long as you have your psychology in line the moment you step up to the window to order, you should be able to successfully consume a deliciously JZ approved meal from this joint.

So here are the menu options to choose from.  Order exactly as listed:

SALADS:

  1. Smoked Salmon Salad with dressing on the side and a lemon
  2. Grilled Ahi Salad with dressing on the side and a lemon
  3. The Fish Grill Salmon Salad with dressing on the side and a lemon
  4. Tuna Fish Salad with dressing on the side and a lemon

MESQUITE GRILLED SPECIALTIES:

Pick a protein: Trout, Boston Blue, Red Trout, White Fish, Salmon, Ahi, Skewer, Sea Bass.

Choose from the following sides: Extra green salad and if it is lunchtime and you are exercising today, you may choose the green salad with one serving of organic brown rice.

You may also pay extra and order: grilled zucchini

Drink water with any of these meals.  You will need it!

You will see in the following video that I attempted a stand up, but the Fish Grill was closed for Shabbos, a day of rest for the Jewish population, and should be for the world.  We all work too much!  Let’s give ourselves a day to recover.  Each of us deserve it!
