Stretch Your Potential
Many people tell me that they are so tight and then ask why when they practice yoga OR they stretch after physical activity. You know why you’re so dang tight? Cause you sit longer each day then you stretch each day-no es bueno!
You must must must and I mean must stretch every hour and get off that chair and allow your muscles to move.
