September 30 2020 Hour of Power

I am practicing my ABC’s with my daughter so my workout was inspired by that. We will run through the alphabet and all letters correspond to an exercise with either reps or timed intervals. At no point should any movements be rushed. Focus on optimal form as heard in my cues, and as always, consult a doctor when in doubt of any if at all physical limitations.
