September 16 2020 Hour of Power

This is a BUY IN workout. You must do the exercises that proceed the HIIT blast that is thrown in after strength training circuit. For the strength stuff, exhaust the muscle, maintain GOOD form, and do not rush the movements. Optimal alignment and execution is THE MOST IMPORTANT factor of the workout. The HIIT stuff (or High Intensity Interval Training) is on a make believe agility ladder OR if you have a real ladder then use that.
