4 Moves to Train Every Muscle Group

Take this challenge and TAG someone on your social media with me included (JZFitnessnutrition) and lets get people more fit without the need of ANY equipment.

This make look easier than it actually is. Take your time with every move and look for precise movements to activate each muscle group.

Here are the moves to be done for 10 reps x 3 ROUNDS

The 4 MOVES:

1) Triceps Push Plank with 2 plank punches to an alternating side plank with hip dip x 10

2) 2 Jump Lunges to 1 forward lunge (weighted or not) into 3 legged dog x 10 ea

3) Superhero to Goal posted Back Extension to Flip crunch into Power Sit Up (not ballistic)

4) 4 Jump Squats to 2 Pushups to 4 Mountain Climbers x 10
