At the Park Workout
You are torn between a playdate for your kid and going to your workout. Well, if you want your kid to have friends, but you still want to keep your figure and muscle tone, you better plan on both.
This workout is easy, requires zero equipment other than maybe a ledge (small step), a weighted vest which you can get through my Amazon At Home workout page, and a GREAT attitude.
It is time to rid of the excuses. There is always time for working out.. Use what you’ve got and make it happen!

The place you go shall have a little step to step up. If not, just do a step foward lunge or a backstep lunge.
The moves are:
1) Squats
2) Pushups
3) Step Ups
4) Triceps Dips
5) Bird Dogs
6) Jump Squats
