First, you must fuel your body with the right gas.  Low glycemic nutrition like this turkey scramble is an amazing start to your day.  Here is what to buy and use:

  1. 3/4 cup Eggology egg whites
  2. Frozen Asian veggies
  3. Frozen broccoli
  4. 1 turkey sausage link (any flavor, but one that has no more than 6 grams of fat)
  5. George Foreman Grill

Voila!  Breakfast is served.  Grab a coffee or water and go go go!!!!
