Quarantine Workout 1

Here is a work out for everybody who is feeling stir crazy but needs to move their body. Moving your body during this very difficult time is critical. It keeps blood circulating and minds clear. Even though this work out will only be about 15 minutes or so, you'll feel so much better after doing it versus doing nothing at all. It's a safe program very simple and does not require any equipment.

Think 5 exercises

  • 10 reps

  • 10 sets

Squats

Iso squat calf raises

Pushups

Mountain Climbers

Burpees

If you cannot do 10 sets, do 5. Something is better than nothing. Go get em, and please post on Instagram for all your friends.
