Quarantine Workout 4 for JK Livin Students

Hey JK Livin students! You don’t need a gym to make this workout happen. Just you and some space and a towel and water bottle and you will be ready to rock it! Put on some great music in the background, be sure you are nice and warmed up and perhaps facetime a friend so that you have an accountability partner to make it happen. Either way, when we are quarantined and told to take good care of our safety and health, we still gotta Just Keep Livin!!!

The Workout:

3 exercises per Circuit

Superset 20 seconds intervals per exercise

5 sets or more each PER CIRCUIT

Circuit ONE:

High Knees

Squats

Single Leg Hip Flexion and Hip extension

Circuit TWO:

Pushups

Chest Taps

Plank Hip Alternating Extensions

Circuit THREE:

Diagonal Knee to Elbow Touches

Iso Squat Punches

Supine Heel Touches

So remember, do all exercises for 20 seconds each. You can rest for 10 seconds if need be and then start next exercise. Superset and do at LEAST 5 sets of all circuits. The more sets you do, the more fatigued you will feel and the more gains you will make.
