Quarantine ZOOM Call Workout April 8th

The first part of the workout was shut down after ZOOM changed their policy today. But I forgive them of not informing me but if you were on the call, you witnessed the disaster of the call being ended with over 60 people present.

Warmup ALWAYS 3-4 minutes

Start with DEAD-BUGS to engage CORE- 1 minute

Block 1: 1 minute intervals

  • 5 Count squats

  • Iso squat calf raises

  • Pushups

    4 SETS

Block 2: 30 second intervals

  • Reverse plank toe touches

  • High to low planks

  • Side planks with leg abductions (switch sides)

  • Bicycle crunches

    4 SETS

Block 3: 1 minute intervals

Burpees - COUNT your reps

  • 3 SETS

Block 4: 30 second intervals

  • Plank chest taps to toe touches

  • Staggered stance i’s, t’s and a’s with a single leg fly on the a’s (switch sides)

  • Eccentric chaturangas to cobras

  • Bird Dogs

    4 SETS

COOL-DOWN and stretch
