April 30 Zoom Power Vinyasa Yoga

Vinyasa flow is a great compliment to any and all high intensity programs that are out there. The idea is to move very slowly and focus on breath to movement. I give a quick tutorial in the beginning of the video to clarify some things so that you are very mindful of your form throughout your practice. Be mindful at all times.
