Tuna Stir Fry that is So Dang Easy to Make

4am wake up call got me going like….And so, after going and going and going, I decided to just scrounge through my emergency stash in the cabinet and freezer and toss a bunch of stuff into a pan.  I figured if it was worth sharing, then you would be reading this right now.  In fact, this this meal pretty darn good.  Super easy, super healthy, super low glycemic and just a dance on my taste buds.

So keeping it simple and short, this is all you need:

  1. Asian style stir fry veggies (Frozen)
  2. Can of organic garbanzo beans
  3. Can of tuna in water
  4. Coconut Aminos (instead of soy sauce)
  5. Balsamic Glaze
  6. Sweet Chili sauce ( from Trader Joes)

What to do:

Chillax is what you do.  This meal is so dang easy and I mean it.  No hassle, just one, two three and then boom-ya eat!  So, get a big pan.  Thaw out the frozen veggies.  Then add them into the pan and stir in some coconut aminos along with a tbsp of balsamic glaze.  Stir away.  Allow the veggies to cook a bit and stir in about 1 cup of garbanzos.  After about 2-3 minutes, add in the can of tuna.  Keep things moving otherwise it will stick to the pan (I learned the hard way by multi-tasking).  After about another minute or two (max), you are done.  Serve and voila.  Make your life easy.  Life is precious and sometimes we just need a break.  (while having healthy options available to us in no time at all).  Watch my very quick video, because even that was quick-LOL!!!! xo JZ
