Healthy fish dish

Did you know that white fish is super low calorie?  So, if you ever have to slim down quickly, then do a white fish diet for 3 days.  The only thing I should mention is that I have no idea how much heavy metal you will accumulate in your blood stream or if this would even be a concern.  Either way, I am not one for quick fixes.  A life long commitment to sustainable, healthy eating is the key to healthy aging and weight loss forever!

I know it’s easier said than done.  I battle the fat gene too.  But, you can easily disguise this gene if you learn new outlets and new behaviors that get you to where you want to go.  It takes a strong commitment to change.  Change is what generally scares people.  But, look at it this way.  Change is what veers you away from what’s no longer working for you, right?

I highly encourage you to get yourself a copy of Breaking the Chains of Obesity, 107 Tools.  I wrote this so that you have a physical guide to get you on track.  You deserve to be lean.  My world is so beautiful as a lean person.  You belong here with me.  My book will be your guide and for some, your secondary bible!

Check out my healthy fish dish.  (the video will give you lots of information and perhaps a giggle or two!)

Ingredients:

  1. 5 oz of white WILD cod
  2. fresh garlic
  3. Trader Joes grilled eggplant and zucchini melange (frozen section)
  4. broccoli and cauliflower
  5. sliced lemon
  6. optional sweet potato on the side
  7. baby onions (frozen)

This meal took me no time at all today.  Because the fish was frozen, I just ran some warm water over it for 3 minutes and then put it into the skillet of spray butter (no cals) along with garlic and onions

Separate skillet had all the veggies

After all was cooked, I combined dishes and voila!  Dinner was ready in less than 12 minutes.  Good stuff!  Enjoy! xo JZ
