PF Changs-Fast Food Fridays
As many of you already know, I am not at all a big fan of fast food restaurants or restaurants that are too commercialized. Why? You aren’t getting the best quality veggies (they ain’t organic), animal protein (you think those chicken dishes are free range, uh-NO!) and the calorie and carb content are outta range for most of you. So, what should you do? Well, in a perfect world, you don’t go to fast food joints and you pack your own home made meals. But, that isn’t always a realistic response, and so, I can’t quit on you. It is my duty to provide you with as much handy information as I possibly can so that you can maximize your results, wherever you’re coming from. (You see me looking at my computer screen putting together a menu for you?)
So, below are some meals that you can choose from if you ever go to PF Changs. Remember, you can be successful as long as you have a plan. Simply print out this page and bring it with you to the restaurant. Order anything from below. Notice that alcohol is not on the list. (sorry!)
