Baltaire Restaurant Leftovers for Lunch
JZ always loves new restaurants, especially those that blossom up in her back yard. This lovely steakhouse located in the heart of Brentwood, CA makes delicious food that not only tickles your taste buds, but offers you leftovers for the next day. If you eat the whole dang dish, then that is a lot of food. Too much for one sitting. In fact, if you eat their whole meal, most likely you skipped a meal or you didn’t eat enough protein throughout the day.
At any rate, you don’t need to necessary go to a restaurant like Baltaire to mimic the explosive flavors this dish offered. All it was was a grass fed NY strip (16 oz) and shredded brussels sprouts. I simply cut the steak in half and for many, you can cut the steak into 3. Remember, you only want to eat protein the size of your palm according to the JZ FITNESS NUTRITION app. Greens can be eaten all night long, as long as you don’t drown those things in sauces.
So, if you wish to cook this dish at home, what would you need?
Grocery List:

What to Do:
First grill the steak using your favorite steak seasoning. For quicker cooking, hammer the steak down and then season and cook. You can add a tablespoon of butter to the steak if you wish.
