JZ Fitness Approved Protein Shakes

Hello there my beautiful readers.  Once again, I get to go to Core Power Yoga and indulge in the serenity of beautiful words that pour out of Lindsey’s mouth.  Lindsey, as you guessed, was my teacher.  Angelic voice, innovative workout, and just super awesome.  Prior to taking Lindsey’s class, I needed to eat.  But, I only had one hour prior to the class so something heavy wouldn’t fly before contorting myself into the various postures.  So, I went to Whole Foods Market, and bought my JZ Fitness Green Drink.  Uh, you won’t see that listed on their board so print this page out and bring it to the store nearest you:

JZ Fitness Mean & Green Drink:

  1. Ice and water
  2. Whey Protein
  3. 1 tbsp peanut butter
  4. Bunch of kale

Boom!  You are set!  I always love to add green when possible.  Green is where it’s at.  Here are two other recipes for you, and then more are listed in Breaking the Chains of Obesity, 107 Tools, under tool #67.

Greek Geek

  1. 1 Nonfat plain Greek yogurt
  2. 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder
  3. 1/2 cup of berries
  4. Water and ice

Color Machine

  1. Bunch of Spinach
  2. Cup of Carrots
  3. 1 Granny Smith Apple
  4. 1 Scoop vanilla protein
  5. Celery
  6. Parsley
  7. 1 tbsp of Flaxseeds
  8. Water and ice
